A major cultural moment is unfolding at Waldorf Astoria New York, as MvVO ART, Waldorf Astoria New York, and Guerlain Wellness Spa come together in partnership to present the MvVO ART SHOW 2026, September 21–27, 2026.

Timed to coincide with Armory Week and the United Nations General Assembly, the exhibition will welcome artists from MvVO ART’s creative community alongside new voices selected through an open call.

MvVO ART invites contemporary artists worldwide, working across all mediums. Emerging and established artists, as well as working professionals with active creative practices, are encouraged to apply.

How do I apply?

Complete the online application and submit all required materials.

A $75 nonrefundable application & administration fee is required.

The application is now closed.

What do I have to submit for the application?

Accepted Answer

Submit up to 4 artworks from a cohesive body of work along with artwork details (title, medium, dimensions, year, price), high-resolution images (300 DPI, 1000x1000, JPG or PNG), and a short bio and artist statement.

What can I exhibit?

Accepted Answer

Artists may submit work across mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, works on paper, mixed media, and digital/video.

Guidelines:
Works must be original, owned by the artist, and free of copyright infringement.
Works should be suitable for a refined, open, public environment.
Sculptural and freestanding works are especially welcomed.
Works must be suitable for pedestal or easel presentation.
Oversized or complex installations may not be feasible.
Video works must be 10–15 seconds, loopable, silent, and HD.

The final selection of which works are exhibited is at the sole discretion of MvVO ART.

What is the application deadline?

The deadline to submit an application is June 27, 2026.

How are artists selected?

Accepted Answer

Final selections are made by the MvVO ART Selection Committee, composed of leading collectors and art professionals. All decisions are final.

When will selected artists be notified?

Selected artists will be notified by email in early August.

Artists must confirm participation and complete payment within five days to secure their place.

What will it cost to participate?

Participation levels include:
$375 — Digital exhibition (Artsy only)
$600 — Digital + on-site digital screens
$1,500 — Digital + physical exhibition
Each selected artist will have the option to choose their level of participation based on MvVO ART recommendation and our jury’s decisions.

Participation fees enable MvVO ART to present artists within a high-visibility, globally recognized environment and to support meaningful engagement with collectors and audiences. We also believe in artists who invest in their marketing and profile building as creative entrepreneurs. If you have been selected, you can ask your company to sponsor your participation.

The participation fee supports the full realization of the exhibition and artist experience, including:

Curatorial review and selection process
Professional installation and presentation
Inclusion on Artsy and digital platforms
Fair Marketing, press, and social media promotion
Collector outreach and sales facilitation
Access to VIP events and programming
Ongoing visibility within the MvVO ART ecosystem

When is payment due?

Payment is due within five business days of notification of selection.

Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of exhibition space.

MvVO ART will provide guidance and access to a recommended shipping partner.

Pricing is determined by the artist.
MvVO ART presents works across a range of price points, and artists are encouraged to align pricing with their experience and market history. In general, the sweet spot for emerging artists is under $5000. However, some artists have already gone above these prices- it all depends on your market value and last sale.

The artist keeps the majority of sales, 60%. The rest is divided between the various parties who are contributing to the realization of the show and also in support of charity.

Artists keep their work on Artsy till December 1st. Options for extension may be available.
